Return Policy
At May’s Jewelers, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day return period on eligible items.
Returns
- Items must be returned in-store within 10 calendar days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- If the purchased item came with GIA, IGI, or other certification, the original certificate must accompany the return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn.
- Returns will be processed to the original form of payment after an inspection period of 15 business days for us to verify the item.
Return/Exchange (on Finished Jewelry):
May’s Jewelers, Inc. will not refund the purchase price of any item. An item may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase (20% restocking fee will be applied) provided that it is in the original, unworn condition. The original invoice and all other documentation provided during the purchase (Certificates/Appraisals) must be included. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges are final.
No Return/Exchange of Altered Items
All “Special Price” Sales are Final
Special Order:
A minimum deposit of 30% of the approximate cost is required, the balance is due upon the delivery of the merchandise. If a customer cancels his/her special order, the deposit is not refundable. There is no return/exchange on “Special Order” merchandise.
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom designs and special orders
- Diamond remount rings
- Wedding sets
- Jewelry that has been altered, sized, or engraved
No Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Maintenance Warranty:
At no cost, May’s Jewelers, Inc. will inspect and clean any item purchased from May’s Jewelers, Inc., provided that the buyer provides an original invoice for the item.
Trade-in:
May’s Jewelers, Inc. is not obligated to perform a trade-in for loose diamonds, and will at its discretion determine a diamond’s trade-in price estimation.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF THE ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION AND TO HIS/HER SATISFACTION. MAY’S JEWELERS, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SALE, AND RECOMMENDS ITS VALUED CUSTOMERS TO OBTAIN A THIRD PARTY INSURANCE TO PROTECT THEIR JEWELRY.
